Brady Legal have been in business since 1 August 2003. We operate from purpose built and state-of-the-art premises at Suite 2, 4 Lomond Business Park, Baltimore Road, Glenrothes. The Lomond Business Park is fast becoming one of the most thriving business centres in Fife.

The facilities for clients are excellent, especially parking. Since the inception of Brady Legal we have tried to keep ahead of the game in terms of IT. In particular, we try to communicate with clients and other solicitors and other parties via email. This is our first choice means of communication.

We are in the process of signing up to a sophisticated instant conveyancing on-line system which will be ARTL compliant. As you may know, ARTL is an automated land registration system which will inevitably be introduced by the Registers of Scotland throughout Scotland in the foreseeable future.

Brady Legal has expanded very rapidly in the short period of its existence and we see ourselves going from strength to strength. Our ethos is to deliver a fast, friendly and extremely efficient level of legal services to all of our clients. We communicate with our clients in a which we hope is non-legalistic and user-friendly!
